Kids First Speed Camp (Ages 7–13)

Kids First Speed Camp teaches sprints, hurdles, jumps, and throwing in a safe, fundamental way. The program builds body balance, speed, quickness, and agility through drills designed to produce a safer and more powerful athlete. A series of team relay races keeps it fun and entertaining. Conducted by Kids First Sports Safety, Inc. coaches.
