Fox Valley Youth Recreational Gymnastics

Multi-level recreational gymnastics for ages 5–12. Beginner levels cover flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness on gymnastics equipment. Intermediate and advanced levels build on form and technique as required skills are mastered. Progression follows USA Gymnastics standards — staff may place students in the appropriate level. Gymnastics showcases held in December and June.
